The combination of DiamondFit Strength, DiamondFit Speed, and DiamondFit Skill, is designed to increase and improve the athletic abilities of our athletes in their specific sports. Our facilities may offer different opportunities to work on sport specific training depending upon the individual expertise of our coaching staff.
Due to enhanced mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control through strength training the body will be able to withstand and produce the extraordinary forces required to perform specific skill movements related to required athletic performance. DiamondFit Skill helps you to develop individual skill requirements for our members to perform at a high level.
