The combination of DiamondFit Strength, DiamondFit Speed, and DiamondFit Skill, is designed to increase and improve the athletic abilities of our athletes in their specific sports. Our facilities may offer different opportunities to work on sport specific training depending upon the individual expertise of our coaching staff.

DiamondFit Skill

Due to enhanced mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control through strength training the body will be able to withstand and produce the extraordinary forces required to perform specific skill movements related to required athletic performance. DiamondFit Skill helps you to develop individual skill requirements for our members to perform at a high level.

DiamondFit Speed

As the baseline of strength continues to develop, the body’s supraspinal inhibitory signals will allow an increased rate of force development. The rate at which force is applied will directly affect speed of movement.

DiamondFit Strength

Strength training has many physiological effects, first and most importantly neurological adaptations. Neural adaptions to strength training will improve intra and intermuscular coordination.

The key to athletic performance in any sport is the ability of the athlete and their body to execute movements with power, explosiveness, precision, and endurance. Strength training is incredibly important for athletes across disciplines. The largest benefit of strength training for athletes is neurological adaptation. This means improvement of muscular coordination for the athletes, which translates to performance on the field. In addition to our foundational Strength Training Program, our Speed Development Program utilizes our High Performance Treadmill to enhance agility and correct movement. This translates to increased performance on the field and improves speed and overall skill across all sports. We use high speed and high incline as part of our Speed Development Program to force our athletes into correct positioning for power generation during a run or sprint. Our Speed Development Program focuses on improving coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance. We also work to raise the anaerobic threshold of our athletes so they can perform at a higher level for longer periods of time. Overall, you will experience greater speed and power output, which will help elevate you to a new level of athletic performance.
