Train with us remotely!

DiamondFit Performance in Raleigh is excited to offer remote programming options to athletes in Raleigh and Durham who are unable to come to our location to train in person. We offer 2 remote training options to our athletes, Basic Remote and Remote Plus. 

BASIC REMOTE COACHING

Our Basic Remote coaching program is performed 100% remotely on the Basic Athletic app. The app and program come with an initial movement screen, customized monthly programs, evaluations, instruction by video, guidance for diet, and interaction with one of our coaches. This membership plan is on a month-to-month basis.

REMOTE PLUS COACHING

The Remote Plus coaching program offers the same features as our Basic Remote program, but with the additional option to train in-person at our facility once a week. This plan has three available lengths for contract term: 3, 6, and 12 months.

Program Foundations

Customized Monthly Programs

Every training block has been designed around the athletes competitive schedule on an annual basis. All blocks are programmed in 4 week increments with individualized percentage tracking. This allows for periodization and measurement of proper technique and speed of movement for any given sport and athlete. 

Each program has personalized prehabilitative exercises based upon the athlete’s sport to facilitate injury prevention and enhanced performance. Corrective exercises will also be included based on the athlete’s initial movement screen.

Continuous Evaluations

Athlete evaluations are conducted in each block with a “testing set”. The athlete must share a video of their lift at the prescribed weight/reps to allow for feedback on proper technique and speed of movement. A profile will be made for the athlete to track progress and measure specific data points such as bodyweight, broad jump distance, squat weight, deadlift weight, and floor press/bench press weight.

Video Instruction

Each training block comes with a video playlist of each exercise. These videos include demonstrations and explanations of proper technique, as well as coaching cues.
