Fall Class Schedules:

STRENGTH CLASSES:
  • Monday – Thursday classes: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm
  • Friday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
SPEED CLASSES:
  • Monday – Friday classes: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
